[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, as far as printing, this printer works perfectly! When I first installed it, it worked great, it printed over wifi so we were able to use it from both printers and worked great. Then, a week or two later, it was "offline" and would no longer connect via wifi so I had to reinstall it as a USB connection, meaning that we can now only use it from one computer. I'm not sure if it's a printer issue or if it was a Windows update or what, but it is definitely a drawback that it refuses to work on wifi now. (We even had a friend of ours that works in IT try to get it to work on wifi and he couldn't get it to work either.)
I would recommend this to a friend!
