On my 3rd Otterbox for the mini iPad

The 1st Otterbox case lasted a lot longer than the passed 2. The first was pink/white. The other 2 were pink/purple. The pink/purple ones do not stay on the stand. They are constantly falling down. I've also had issues with the stand cracking by the hinge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have owned 4 Otterbox Defenders, they are great at protecting our products. The downside is the rubber case only lasts about a year and then the rubber begins to tare. It definitely protects the product, but the life of the product is not great. Otterbox has been great about replacing the rubber.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Low quality

The case itself is outstanding. What I never expected was how effective the stand works. Great design-use it constantly. Still wonder why I didn't buy one of these when I bought my iPad. Will not make that mistake again.

I am definitely satisfied with this case! Within an hour after installing it, I (accidentally) dropped my BRAND NEW iPad mini and didn't even flinch, as I new it was well protected! My only fuss is the charging port, it's kind of a hassle to get it open, but then, it does stay closed...

My granddaughters were given an iPad mini and I purchased an Otterbox for it. the last time I was there I watched it slip out of the older ones hands and land on its corner. The machine was fine and there wasn't even a scratch on the box. its worth every penny
