I looked at several brands of cookware. Cuisanart had all the features and quality of the more expensive brands but at a much more reasonable price. It cooks evenly on the stovetop and in the oven.

Very nice set. I replaced a set I had for over 12 years. My only complaint is I wish there was a size between the larger saucepan and the larger stock pot, which is smaller than my other set.
