Excellent non-sticking and heat distribution. Works great on my gas stove.
It’s a little ridiculous that the kids for the stock pot and the large straight-sided sauté pan aren’t the same size. Very close, but not interchangeable.

Great set. Love it but it scratches easily. I contacted Cuisinart the first day I used it when it scratched and they never got back to me... little disappointed about that. It said in the description that it would not scratch and I registered it for the warranty...
