4 usless cameras and a malfuncting display

I like the product easy to set up, but Ive been having problems with the unit not charging. I have been sent a new adapter but still the display unit will not charge. So i have 4 useless cameras at the moment and I am playing tag with the support group.

Hardware good but stranded with software

Decent package

Once the pairing was performed we got a good picture;however, I found out the monitor has to stay onto use the mobile app on my iPhone which received a good picture with sound.priced a little higher than I hoped, but the wife made the purchase.

Motion Detection is poor

Easy to install, good price, great concept, but motion detection at night is poor, and also on rainy days. People can walk right across the camera's view and not be recorded. It picks up bigger things like cars fine.The solution Swann provided was just to leave the camera recording all night. This fills up the memory quickly, and makes it difficult to later locate any activity of interest. The touchscreen needs improvement - sometimes you have to touch it several times before it recognises your command. It would be nice if the motion detection recording could record longer than just a few seconds.
