Product design is flawed

I've had this phone for about a year. The phone has never been abused in the slightest. It randomly restarts when attempting to reply to text messages. This happens about once a week and when it does happen it can restart 5 or 6 times in a row. I have also had the same thing happen on occasion when attempting to answer a voice call. I contacted Verizon about the issues and they suggested a warranty replacement. I told them that after reading the comments of many others about this same issue, I wasn't even interested in a replacement - it would be just as bad or worse. The phone obviously has a design flaw. If the problem could be fixed in software I would think LG would have it figured out by now. This phone is junk. Don't buy one.

Do you like ads at 2am in the morning?

If you like your phone talking to you at 1am-7am in the morning, telling you how great VZ Navigator is, then this phone is for you.
The 'daily deal' app comes pre-installed to try to sell you stuff.. that is extremely annoying and makes me want to hulk smash the phone.
Otherwise it is not a half bad phone. The interface is not that great, but it works. It's been reliable, but not perfect. The battery life is short, but that probably has to do with the phone constantly waking up for reasons unknown + playing an ad once or twice a day, usually while you're trying to sleep.
Pros: ads

I love this phone! My horse knocked it into a full bucket of water and after just 4 hours in the sun (fully taken apart) it was running just as it had been that morning! I love the touch screen and the easy keyboard. This is a great phone.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Quality

Pros: The slide-out QWERTY, drag and drop widgets, design.
Cons:
-Daily Scoop keeps adding charges onto my monthly bill and spams my phone constantly. It refuses to stop doing both!
-1.3MP camera with no flash(I've had a basic flip phone that took better pictures!)
- The actual phone part(screen) shuts off once you call someone, happened to me the first week, so you can only use it on speakerphone flipped open.
-Poor Battery Life(Starts to die after 6-8 hours without use.
-It was so expensive($170ish w/renewed contract), I can't even afford to go out and get another phone yet. I'm still using it.

Good looking, POOR BASIC PHONE. I would probably not pay more that $10 for this phone if you were desperate.

cosmos touch the best

While I cant believe people not liking the LG Cosmos touch. I don't need a smartphone or I phone. However the LG Cosmos touch has so many features,I lost mine and went out in the year 2014 and had to buy it again, as no new models even surpass its excellence. The phone holds the charge for at least 3-4 days. The features are great. I cant say enough about this phone. It also is prepaid and you can ad a data package to it if you would like. It has navigator ,back up assistance everything one needs and apps you can download. I think they discontinued it because they made it so well that people had it for years before needing to buy a phone.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone is a very good phone if you're in the market for a touchscreen, but aren't quite ready to upgrade to a full blown smartphone.
The touch screen for the most part is pretty accurate. The screen looks crisp and sharp. It may not have all the features of a smartphone, but it does basically everything I need it to right now.
Only thing I wish though is that the phone had a better locking feature for the screen. To unlock the touchscreen all you have to do is move a little slider on the touch screen, or press the lock button on the side of the phone. So when the phone is in my pocket it gets unlocked really easily.
Pros: easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

This has to be the worst phone ever. Random turn-offs, unresponsive keyboard, oversensitive keyboard, unresponsive touchscreen, random unlock after locking resulting in butt-calls, etc. Just an overall terrible phone experience.

Phone keeps shutting down and restarting even in the middle of a call. On my fourth phone replacement now. The third one I did not even have one month. Can't wait untill I can get a different phone. Not Happy at all!!!!!!
