Looks great in our newly remodeled kitchen. Also love the features & set up. Like the location of controls on the top on front & the warming area on the stove top.

Burner malfunction

The 1st time used the stove. The right front burner was defective. We used the remaining burners to prepare the meal. Called service,they were there the same day. Had to order a new switch assembly. It came in in 2 days,bringing installed tomorrow. That is good service for a great product. Defects happen, but this type of service is excellent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I expected same quality as my other whirlpool appliances - what a disappointment - poorly made range - bottom drawer is like corrugated metal - unfinished - drawer does not close properly - gap between oven door and body of range - glass door color is not uniform - dimensions are off - the range sticks out a full six inches and it is against the wall - I am returning this

Not thrilled - would shop further next time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the oven performance, and we like the appearance out of the box. Other than that, we are not happy with this purchase. The burners heat up at different rates, the top is impossible to keep clean and is difficult to get clean in the first place. The sunken control pad collects filth that is difficult to remove (do you really want to get out the vacuum every time you wipe down your cook top?) The oven cleaning cycle (uses water in the oven) is worthless as are the cleaning tools they provide with the range. Gone is the high heat cleaning cycle that leaves all contaminants as ash. Now they presume that your oven dirt is limited to a little charred pie crust. That apple pie filling that boils over onto the oven floor? Don't count on a little boiling water and steam to budge that stuff, and the plastic scraper they provide takes more damage from the varnish that it dishes out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whirlpool range

I am just learning how to use this range. But so far it is great! An very smart looking. You would think it is a built in. The only thing I can say that I don't like is the bottom drawer. It seems to not close on the left side like it does on the right side. I don't know if there is something missing or it is loose. It is very different cooking on a glass top compared to regular burners. I would recommend this range to anyone who cooks and bakes a lot like I do.
