Do not Buy...

This phone was alright at best when first purchased as it was my first smart phone. Now a totally different story. We own three of these phones and it has been nothing but headaches since the upgrade on all the phones. I understand you will have issues with a smart phone, however every hour it is something with our phones. Rather it is shutting off by itself, freezing, calling on its own, not ringing, not recieving text messages, or emails. SD card not being able to be read. It is just not our phones, as I started reading the reviews on Sprints website it seems to be all of the LG optimus. Especially since the update. This is unacceptable for a company to force an update that has giving its customers all these problems and they cannot fix it. Not a happy camper...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nothing But Problems

It's a beautiful phone; however, the battery life is joke. I have to keep my charger in my purse at all times. It's a great entertainment device, although it doesn't have a lot of memory and you have to constantly delete apps. Don't get if it is your main source of communication. Great picture quality, became my main source of taking pictures, which is good because the charger took my camera's place in my purse.
I got the phone in the middle of May. Beginning of June I had to bring it in and get another one due to the fact it wouldn't charge. End of September my husband and I had to switch memory cards because the phone kept saying that it didn't have one, so that fixed that problem. Now at the end of October I have to bring my phone in again because it won't send or receive texts properly. It has had this problem for a few months, but only once in a while, and now it won't send or receive 99% of my text messages. Most likely I will have to get a new phone, and I am hoping they let me get something else. Nothing but problems.
When the phone works properly, it's great. But it won't last.

Worst Phone I've Ever Owned

I have had nothing but trouble with this phone since I got it. The text tone doesn't alert me every time I get a text. It works when it wants. I have a constant out of memory on here. I can't even add contacts because it says I don't have enough memory. I had to delete all my apps just so I can send or recieve a text without it preventing me due to no memory. I have a 2G card in it and it says it has a lot of memory aside from the card. The touch screen locks up all the time. I turn my phone off and back on daily to dump data. This is the most frustrating and disappointing phone I have ever had.

When I was searching for my first smart phone, the salesmen told me how good this phone was. I am not one to just buy. I left, thought about it, and did a little research. Didn't find much as it was a new phone. Well, I Hate it! It freezes. It randomly calls people on its own. It calls someone else when I dial a number. It does not inform me of messages sent at times. It loves to turn off A LOT. I have to remove the back and battery to restart phone. It reboots a lot, especially when I am in the middle of a call. SD card is always "removing" itself. I had to have it replaced twice in two days (so this is my 3rd phone in less than 1 year). Loves to unload contacts and apps on its own. Battery power sucks fast. Ok picture quality, no flash.GPS issues all the time. I could go on and on. Heading in this week to demand a replacement with another phone...Had enough this week alone!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Where are the Drives for this phone?

I am having a difficult time installing the drives because this phone is not listed under the phone model section. Always running out of the storage space. I can export my stuff from my phone to my laptop, but I can't seem to export my music from my laptop to my phone.

BEST PHONE EVER!!

This dear phone of mine has been with me for over a year. In that time it has kept me connected to friends and family as well as work! I have dropped it countless times and it still continues to give 110%! It is super easy to use. My children love to steal it and play with the cool apps. I want to buy several so I can keep having this phone over and over and over again!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, takes a lickin', keeps on tickin'

I have had this Phone for almost a Year and This is the Best Phone I have ever had,
It is user Friendly fast to the internet Plus A Whole lot of apps that you can download, These are the up Side,
Down side If you want to watch a Movie you have to Stream it But you cant get Crackle nor can you get HULU Because you have to have a Certin Adobe Software that the Phone Will not Take!!
But After all of that I still wouldent Trade this Phone for anything, it Well worth Buying!
