This is the worst phone we have ever purchased.

We purchased this phone for my daughter and it has already been replaced under warranty once. Now it is not working again and we are about 6 months from being eligible for upgrade since she has only had the phone for a little over a year. It freezes and overheats for no reason, it won't charge and now the flashlight will not turn off. I will NEVER purchase another Nokia product!

Poor camera and not enough apps

I have had my phone for a year and about two months ago my camera started to act up, the problem is the focus. It will not hold focus no mater what I try. I am also a DSLR user so I know a bit about cameras. I actually got this phone because of the camera capability, the phone functions were secondary to me. I have tried everything but apparently NOKIA wont acknowledge the problems everyone is starting to have with the camera function. Also, most common apps for android and iPhone are not available for windows phones, I guess is time I reconsider, what phone I should get next.

Software issues caused this phone to break twice.

The first time this phone broke, the camera flash started turning on with no warning and I couldn't open the camera app to take a photo. The phone would also shut off randomly and wouldn't send or receive texts on multiple occasions. The second time it broke, the phone gave no warning of something being off. The screen simply stopped working and couldn't be repaired. In both cases there was no water or drop damage. The software just went crazy.
In all other ways this phone was wonderful! Fantastic camera, super easy to use and connect with my other windows products. There is a very limited App Store, however, so you'll have to wait a while for the newest apps to pop up. I don't even think there's a snapchat app yet.

This product is starting to get issues.

The camera turns photos yellow. The mic stopped working. When people call me, they complain about static and unclear voice. There are no bank apps. This phone use to be good, but now in 1.5 years of use, its finally showing its faults.

Phone is Great! Except for one thing...

This phone works great. I love using the camera, and the battery life is pretty decent. The start screen with the live tiles is very useful. However, there is one problem, which does not seem like much, but affects how I use my phone dramatically: there are barely any good apps on it. I like to get as much use as possible out of my phone and with a Windows phone, it's very hard. Simple apps, like YouTube and SnapChat, are not available, and other apps that are available, such as Tumblr and Facebook, work poorly. Whenever I hear of a useful app through any form of advertising, the app is never available for Windows. This is my first time with a Windows phone. If you are a longtime user of Windows and enjoy the software, yes I would recommend this phone. However, if you are new to Windows, I would not recommend it.

It leads all the other phones in its camera and apps...... Still need to extend the store apps....... :) The games are way better than android and IOS!!!
