the best phone! excellent camera

I bought this phone for a trip and was the best decision, I just took the pictures and uploaded to OneDrive on the hotels. When I finally returned to my home I realized that the pictures of the phone were in most occasions better than my cannon camera!. So the next trip I had was with this phone as my main camera. The only downside was poor battery life and no built in Qi , but overall the best phone I have used. Now I'm switching to Lumia 1520 because my 1020 fall and the screen broke.

Product need More Ease od Access Features

i was forced to switch from my 1030 because I have hearing aids. The iPhone has a feature that allows the phone to pair with hearing aids and also has built in hearing aid controls. Microsoft needs to include this feature. Starkey Halo hearing aids are an example

The camera is absolutely absurd, great quality in low light and I love the ability to zoom after the shot . But for the video full HD 1080p/30fps ... I want 1080p/60fps. I love WP but the apps :(

This high-end phone misses a lot of necessary features

The only pros is: quality of the camera. Unfortunately, there are a lot of cons.
1) pitiful resolution for a high-end smartphone
2) lack of micro SD card support. This is best to be inserted from external without opening the back cover.
3) lack of dual-SIM support. These are best to be inserted from external without opening the back cover.
4) too heavy considering the features and screen size/resolution. too thick - thickness should be well within 8mm
5) not enough SRAM on-board
6) weak CPU
7) bezel all-around is too thick

Excellent Camera, Charging Qi and Flow

Much good option, but in my opinion lacks quality apps and not really like the OS interface. Microsoft could improve this interface.

Love my phone... hard to switch to a different kind - thinking of buying a second one, now that my contract is up.
Only bad thing is that my "lock" button doesn't really work anymore - but that's after a year and a half + of use. Still works, but have to press it really hard.
Great durability - I've dropped it countless times and nothing has broken/scratched, etc.
