Love the operating system. Vibrate is weak and it needs more apps.

Things I like:
I love the tiled operating system. The UI is visually appealing and you can customize it however you want. Better than Android or iPhone.

I also LOVE the 41 megapixel camera. You can take beautiful photos or videos. I love the cinemagraph app that allows you to take moving pictures like what you see in Harry Potter.
Things I don't like:
The vibrate is too weak. I never feel it.

Lately, my phone has been freezing (since the update). Not a huge deal since I'm sure they'll release a fix soon.
I wish they had the Google Maps app and Google Plus.

This product is very useful, more tecnichal and more flexible than my perviuos mobile which was android and was not nokia phone.

Only Crazies Would Trade A Lumia For Anything Else

Look, I've owned Lumia phones since the 900. I cherished my 920 and only traded to the 1020 for the 41 Megapixel camera, which until my first Lumia, I never cared to use before. When I first got my 900, all my iFreak friends laughed at the large display; the same friends who lined up and waited in line to buy the latest extra-large equipment from their favorite iFruit. My 1020 is spectacular. It may not have all the Apps the rest of the more common products do at this time, but that's an issue that's slowly disappearing and the more people who fall in love with Lumia, the faster we'll catch up, as banks and other companies realize that not all their customers are clones.

I love this phone. I dont even use my isp any more. i have always had a NOKIA. i love the upgrades. Cortana is also a great addition.

Great Windows phone that works just like your computer. Awesome features. Great pics. Battery still doesn't last as it should. People I know are scared of this phone. Don't be scared. It is great and easy.

I had to purchase two Lumia's this year, usually after 6 months it start simply hangs with no reason.
I believe this is because I relay on "Nokia Here" a lot and it let the phone getting too hot especially if you charge your phone while navigating and after a while. Your phone is no reliable any more.
