I love the Windows Platform

The phone works great for everything that I do. The picture quality and ease of use id\s second to none. I have recommend the Windows phone to all of my customers and I look forward to future Windows features and phones and the product progresses!

Best phone I've ever had

I started 3 years ago with a 920 and have had 2 of them until I upgraded to the 1020 which I've had to replace because I broke the screen with no case or protector on it. But anytime I go for a new phone I always choose Lumia and windows now. Took a while to get used to the OS at first but when you figure it out it is one of the easiest user friendly OS to use. The 1020 takes full HD video and higher quality pictures than most cameras at the stores. I'll never need another device for mobile use.

Like everything except for the recent updates on the music app. But I still think nokia is the best phone brand on the market and windows is getting better every day

It was an awesome phone while I had it. Too many battery issues. Can't keep having a dead phone after 6 hours on charge and not using it much. Got a new one......not windows. Maybe I'll go back on the upgrade when they get some more phones.

Superb camera and phone

I have used the Lumia 1020 for 3 months now and love it. The camera is awesome. I like Windows Phone 8.1 and the Nokia Here Maps + is excellent too. The phone is robust and has been dropped several times with no issues.

I have been using the 1020 since it first came out, and I absolutely love this phone. It works great, is super fast and extremely easy to use. It's very user friendly as well. I recommend this phone to anyone I get the chance to.

I really love the camera that this phone has and was actually why I upgraded from the Lumia 920 to the 1020. The Windows phone OS platform is very easy and simple to use.
