Those who want excellent camera and features like high quality of photos and videos with many more options blindly buy thisdevice it never disappoints

Some basic features which available in Android is we can move to next video clip by pressing next button on video player and we can zoom the video by using pinch zoom and change the screen size also. Then most important thing we can insert USB device in android phones even in lower end models by using OTG cable. Tv output option also available in android phones.
The mentioned above options not available in windows mobile this is an big disappointment for those who bought windows phone, So Microsoft should concentrate on these issues and deliver these features with upcoming versions of Windows .
apart from that this is an awesome device good battery backup than android.
Lets come to music quality, when hearing songs I don't feel good quality of sound even it had Dolby and equalizer very poor music quality provided headsets also not good.

Best phone ever created!

Best camera of any phone; best GPS with free maps updates and no data needed (unless you want traffic updates); best free music with MixRadio app; best mp3 player with ModernMusic app; same as others for email, facebook, skype, etc.; you can use the phone as an USB memory stick; you can use it with gloves in winter; very fast since the OS is light; good battery life and it's cheap these days since it's considered "old" so take advantage!

I love everything this phone has to offer, from the NSA monitoring block feature to the metal detector (found a gold ring this morning). There is also a pseudoscientific guide app. that is really cool. Also so funny to watch the anti theft alarm go off when someone besides me pics it up !

People you have to remember one thing about this phone the senor on the camera is as small as your pinky finger nail, and cameras are only as good as their sensors not how many MP they have I know because I am a photographer. but other than that it is a great phone.

When the battery dies, the phone is toast. There is no getting another battery and replacing the old one. The battery is built in and no service store can replace the battery. It has to be sent off to Nokia and even at that I do not know if they can fix it or the cost. My first Nokia Lumia 1020 lasted 6 months.

Half way on my trip camera hardware failed and flash stopped working. Photos were either over exposed or completely dark. Fortunately I took my Nikon also for the trip.
I searched online and a lot of users had the similar hardware problem.

It powers off on its own. It freezes on the start screen. This began after I updated windows 8.1.
