As a previous advocate to all windows products, it's hard to imagine that I'm about to write such a harsh review.. but this phone has far too many problems for me to ignore. Diving right in with the most annoying and unacceptable issue, my focus light. It hasn't shut off for over six months. Even after my phone is dead (which happens frequently since this light never shuts off). It flickers from time to time, varies in intensity but NEVER shuts off. This among countless crashes and fits of a grey static screen that renders my phone completely useless ruins the plus sides to the phone entirely (which is basically just the camera). Not worth your time by any means.

Used to be a great phone but now the camera will not focus on distant objects. Also back up will not work. Will have to go back to other phone.

Your computer software is top notch, but you are selling smartphones which I paid full price for. I am sorry to say the applications are below par and only Microsoft is willing to be on board.

Love the pictures and the phone gives me all I need. However my phone has locked up and will not open. My battery MUST be charged everyday!

A WONDERFUL PHONE LIKE THAT WITHOUT A MICROSD SLOT IS A SHAME AND IT CAN'T BE TAKEN UNDER ANY CONSIDERATION. I'VE NEVER BOUGHT IT JUST FOR THIS REASON. I BADLY NEED AN EXTRA MICRO SD SLOT!!! I'M WAITING FOR THE NEXT MODEL HOPING IT WILL HAVE A MICRO SD SLOT ON BOARD AND A MORE ADVANCED CAMERA ON IT. 4K + SUPER SLOW MOTION AT LEAST AT 120-240FPS @ 1080P
