I appreciate the ease of installing a new cartridge. As a single user who doesn't install often, I find the little You-Tube videos helpful.
The packages are so tight I ruined the first one so cannot return for recycle. I plan to take the used cartridges to a place here which recycles.

I like to keep a spare when my toner gets low and with this kind of service, I really don't need to. HP toner performs very well and the printer has great color.

This product smears and does not print well

I purchased a black toner cartridge and had no problems. Then I ordered the yellow toner and all it does is smear the ink and does not print on all labels. Out of 10 labels only 2 were ok at the end of the printing. Tried everything ie.... recalculating, cleaning and same problem. May have to try a non oem product to see. Depressing for first time changing of yellow toner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Imaging Drum is expensive and fixed the problem.

Printer is working just fine ! But there was no instructions on how to install the new Imagining Drum. Luckily, I figured it out by checking with my HP toolbox.
