easy to use & great features

I love the sound signals they make doing laundry a little cheery.I also love the wrinkle free feature where it keeps tumbling every so often so the wrinkles don't set in.

This is the best dryer I have ever owned , and I only had one dryer that was not a whirlpool and they told me whirlpool made it . I have had this dryer for three months and I still can not believe how fast my cloths dry. I love this dryer it is the best one I have ever bought and I only buy whirlpool.

Put the clothes in turn it on and it takes care of itself , no watching to see if the clothes are dry enough, when it stops its done and the clothes are dry!

Efficient, effective and easy to use

this dryer does what it is supposed to do--it dries clothes and provides all the necessary options. One slight drawback is the door requires a pretty hard tug to open--difficult for some older and/or more frail users. I suggest you create a panel of average users, including older women and perhaps handicapped individuals to physically review the appliances prior to introduction into the marketplace.

I had my old whirlpool dryer for 25 years without any problems. It finally stopped working and I figured it was smarter to buy new than to start putting money into the old one. What a mistake. I hate this dryer. I have tried every setting and it doesn't dry. I can put a small light load in and spend over an hour to get them dry. To restart the cycle I have to turn the machine off and start over. I have the signal as high as it will go and still can't hear it. The auto dry is nonsense. It will run through the cycle even on more dry and the clothes are just the same as when you started. If I could get my old dryer back I would. I am completely disappointed with this Whirlpool product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my Whirlpool washer 2 1/2 years ago. And I am so pleased with it, and it still running like it is brand new. Highly recommend Whirlpool brand to my friends and family.

Clothes come out dry, no double runs. Sturdy machine, low vibration. Front door seems flimsy. The sloped top makes stationing clothing difficult.
