Have had the Artistry series refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher for several years. All work wonderfully well and look lovely. I truly enjoy having them in my kitchen.

Please bring this back. Bought it years ago and everything works fine still. Minor issue with the dishwasher a few years back but love all the lineup in artistry series. Please please bring back

Pretty but worthless

I’ve had issues with this fridge since the first day. The freezer defrost cycle completely melted and refroze the items, the freezer door would pop open when the fridge door closes (and stays that way), now the fridge part is freezing items even though it’s on the lowest setting. I had to replace the fridge after just a few years.

We're happy to provide some information on the freezer door opening. The refrigerator and freezer sections are connected by air channels to allow air to pass between them. Slamming or vigorously pushing a door shut forces air from one cavity into the other, often pushing the second door open. We recommend taking a look at this link:

Not for kids Or short adults

I love this refrigerator but it’s hard for short people and kids. The only place to put the milk and other often needed things is pretty high in the fridge. We have to use a step stool.

Shelves and drawers don’t last.

If I could give this refrigerator zero stars I would. I bought the ice maker and had it serviced 3 times by different people. It has never worked. The drawers and bottom shelf broke in the first year. It keeps things cold and frozen so I guess that’s the one star earned. The white parts on the door have turned yellow. There’s rust coming through the paint on the outside of it. It is just not made well. The replacement parts are ridiculously priced. And make sure to buy your replacement hardware so you don’t have to pay shipping twice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
