I am satisfied with this product. it makes my teeth feel wonderful!! However, it only has one setting which is very strong! It is extremely powerful. I wish there was a lighter setting. I have receeding gums and dont want any further damage due to the powerful effect of my Sonicare. ALso I love the 2 minute timer
Pros: gets teeth very clean!!, love the timer!
Cons: the power is too strong

I have used this for 3 years and have been very happy with the results on my teeth and so has my dentist. however the power button failed after 3 years of use, I called customer service and they were understanding and were quick to resolve my issue.
