Light-wieght for Work Essential

If you are a small-built and thin working lady who dislikes carrying heavy laptops, this laptop may be your best friend. I love carrying this laptop around because it is light and compact. Although the memory is very low, which essentially means you can't save much work, there is always a thumb drive that you can save your work on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this to my son and daughter as their first computer .
they love it.
for the price of a tablet they got a full computer that they can do homework, play games, watch netflix and more.

pretty good netbook, my main problem is the spacebar, the spacebar needs to be depressed in the center, if you press off either side of the spacebar it will not register because the membrane under the spacebar is in the center and the key is not rigid enough to register off to either side. pretty terrible considering i bought it for word processing

Notebook vs laptop

Overall, this notebook works fine. But I was trying to replace a laptop and now know the difference between a laptop and a notebook. This notebook is designed for people completely plugged into the Internet. A key difference is the size of the internal HD, small at around 200GB. Regarding performance, for a machine geared for the total web experience, the browser performance seems a little slow compared to the laptop it is replacing.

This product is OK for my twelve year old daughter but when using Skype the speakers don't work. We've had it about 6 weeks.

we purchased this computer for our 6 year old daughter. she likes it and is learning to use it. i can't satnd windowns 8. pure garbage. don't like some of the stuuff i was forced to do while setting this computer up. it seems to run slow often. all in all i guess its an ok starter computer for my 6 year old. other then that i'd buy something different.
