I am very impressed with the Sharp Aquos Advantage service. I have received prompt accurate assistance with all of my setup questions and later with questions about Netflix streaming setup and use.
Pros: great clear picture quality.
Cons: the remote control takes some getting used to as f, ar as controlling movies and also for adjusting th, e view of the picture.
I would recommend this to a friend!

do not like that using opc gives a dark picture

the opc on this tv doesnt work as good as my 32 inch 1080p sharp aquos lcd tv
Cons: the opc control that doesnt make picture brighter

I cannot believe how I thought my former 10 yr old TV was so great. This TV is provides super picture quality as well as numerious features and ease of use.
Pros: excellent picture, numerous features

Set up was easy following instructions.
Picture adjustment is easy w/using the automatic settings, but I did have to turn back the brightness and contrast a bit for my smaller room. I am using surround, so I have not tried the built in speakers or sound yet. I have a 25ft ethernet cable that I am going to plug into my cable modem and try the Netflix thing. I did find that the software that was installed on the unit was a bit outdated, so went to the Sharp website and downloaded the newer software onto my flash/thumb drive and then downloaded that into the TV with no problems following the instruction manual.
So overall...I am well pleased with this unit!

Think About It Before you Buy

The tv works good the one thing that will have to be done is an update to make the Netflix work. And thats right out of the box. Next the screen protector likes to fall off the front. Also the the remote is on the same IR as comcast for some things and it is very anoying
