I am very happy with Zenbook A14. I purchased the lap top as a retirement computer. I like that it is light weight and thin. The unit will be great for traveling and managing my household. I also like the textured finish. Transitioning from my old lap top to the Asus A14 was a piece of cake. I had no issues. Nice computer!!!

One of the best 14" laptop on the market. Hope windows arm will get more support on native apps. No need to get x2 elite extreme, A14 rules.

We do understand your frustration with the laptop and the inconvenience this may have caused if your WIFI connection doesn't stay connected during the initial WIndows setup. it cannot connect to WiFi. To resolve this problem. ensure the laptop is within range to an established wireless router or access point, it's getting an excellent signal and internet service is working and stable.
