I’ve been using the Bear Mountain pellets that I purchased & have been very pleased with the results. The pellets burn clean & give the cook a pleasant smoke flavor. I will be using the pecan pellets this weekend in a smoke tube to cold smoke some cheese & wild salmon fillets.
