Great machine and excellent buying experience from bestbuy as always. There's another model of this machine that is an upgrade, and I'd recommend others to look for that. BestBuy didn't have that, so I bought this one.

It’s only been a week, but so far we are thrilled. Did a lot of research and finally decided on this brand and model and could t be happier. Husband likes latte’s and cappuccino’s and I prefer a very large version my strong plain coffee. Husband can only drink decaf so the beans are decaf and I use the bypass in the am to add a kick to mine. Very simple to use and quite intuitive.

Tout les cafés que nous avons essayés sont délicieux. Très facile à utiliser. Je suis très satisfait. J'ai même augmenté ma consommation de café. La seule chose que j'aurais aimé avoir de plus est le volume en ml de chacun des cafés afin de prévoir le bon verre.

I have thought of buying a decent coffee machine for years and now I have done it and all I will say is that I am happy I got an automatic one.
Life has changed, the house smells awesome in the morning once the espresso is made. no complaints.
easy to clean and maintain.

Easy to set up, takes some trial and error but it does make good coffee. Only a week in so no issues so far. wish the sale had been a bit better as pretty pricey!

Great coffee in my home

We absolutely love this machine. It's great to just press a button and have it do all the work of preparing great coffee. From cappuccinos to espressos and doppios, lattes, etc, whatever you want, it will make it. I don't need to go out for that java hit anymore. It's worth the investment.
