Easy setup. All of my devices re-attached smoothly. I had 2 separate SSID’s for the 2.4 and 5ghz bands but this only requires one and the device will assign itself to appropriate band. I still required an extender for a remote bedroom (that’s the only reason it has 4 stars) but that works very well with it. Recommended for a household without tons of users and devices.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Since setting it up I've had difficulties getting to a lot of websites that I need. They seem to be blocked by router, somehow. When I switched back to old router, they came through fine.

Netgear RS100

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The RS100 is just what I needed. The range of signal covers my 1800 sq ft home just fine. Speed is fast enough for me to stream TV and do anything online that I do like surfing or email or Marketplace browsing.

This costly brand-new router provides a weaker signal than my years old obsolete Nighthawk router and has resulted in issues with my iPad and TV.

The app used to set up the router was nice. My only complaint is that we keep losing connection to the internet. It comes and goes. Hoping it will discontinue doing this.

Installation went OK. I don't like cell phone apps, but I had no problems. Once the router was set up, connecting devices went fine with one exception (a device problem).
