First thing is that their support keeps timing out and then I have to start over with another agent. Really frustrating. Of course, they point to my ISP and my ISP says nothing wrong. Network runs fine after a reboot and sometime within a day devices drop. Some come back but sometime none do. The hard wired devices are fine. I replaced a perfectly fine Netgear router because end of life was coming soon and everything was working fine before. Hopefully we will get thing thing to be reliable...but right now it's frustrating
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was fairly easy, but having to use my cell was not ideal. I did get everything going,but of course had to log in to all my wi fi devices. Be sure to use the ethernet cable that came with the unit. I thought I could use the one from my previous router, but it didn't connect. Happy so far with the product...it's been a week.

Router works great! App is terrible. Keeps locking up. I have to delete the app and reinstall it and take my chances that it will work. After many tries, I get it to work but as soon as I try to make a change it crashes again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
