Great router

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had just bought my new house not knowing that fiber optic was previously installed. I was in need of a tour tee that can cover a great portioned area as square footage was more than before. I did some comparisons and got to say the NightHawk RS100 has pushed a lot more than expected.

Poor performance and constant intermittent drops

I have been using this router now for about 3+ weeks. The performance and constant drops and lag is killing my work connections and having a lot of issues.
It does not support individual DNS setups for each Wifi setup and that is very annoying.
I would like to return this equipment for a full refund.

My old router always have issues where it lags mid game or videos not being able to load, after switching to night hawk these issues rarely happens

The router is working consistently without issues. The setup was a little problematic as the instructions did not say that both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands would be under the same name in Wifi7. Our previous Netgear router had them separate, so all our devices were still set up for two different networks. Also the Nighthawk app seems a little inconsistent performance-wise. It does not consistently list the same devices as the router Admin software does. Also one device, a Roku Streaming Stick never shows up in the App, but does in the Admin software. The speed test in the App is handy and pretty quick.
I would recommend this to a friend!
