[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downloaded the app and it was a simple step by step process to get it up and going. It allows me to check internet speeds which I also like. Would highly recommend this to anyone that is in need of a wireless router.

We're way out in the country and our phones are routed through our internet -- meaning; no router, no phone. So we had to record instructions while still connected, then rig up an ethernet connection (not straight forward with my laptop). Once the new router was connected to your site it all went well enough because your site has accommodations for those of us in the hinterlands, but we didn't know that until we got to your site. Yes, few people have to deal with our sort of issues, still, set-up could have been smoother.
