[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is much more powerful than I expected and picked up stuff I didn't even know was in my carpet. I have disability and must have cordless. Still heavier than I would like but is manageable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst product I have ever bought. It over heats before I get done with one bedroom and really doesn't pick up anything. I use my Dewalt vacuum now and it works so much better than this product.

I wanted to love this pet vac but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very disappointed with the Bissell Iconic pet vacuum because the hose on the power head cracked after only one year and cannot be repaired. It seems the plastic hose attached to the head split open. I would need to replace the entire power head., and it is on back order and to be honest if it's made the same way I think I will buy a different brand altogether. Also, another small attachment with a power head brush doesn't spin at all.. Also, I don't like the way the had attachments are angled weird to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
