[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not too happy with this model. I previously had the Bissell icon and loved it. When that finally wore out I thought I'd treat myself to upgrade to the Turbo! It works great...But, the top is heavy (because of the hand vacuum). I'm getting used to that. But the hand held vacuum is VERY hard to release and use. This is the main reason I purchased the vacuum,for the hand held part. And I find I'm avoiding using the hand held machine. I use the hand held to clean many items in my house, like cleaning my sewing Machine and sewing room. That's my comment!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for my previous Bissell Cordless, which I used almost daily. The ICONPET TURBO is great! Love the various power levels, the "headlights" and the convenient hanging storage rack (it even has a level to make installation a breeze!) I can vacuum my entire first floor, the battery holds the charge for a lot time. Some people say I'm with vacuuming;keep looking for dirt (and dog hair) to eradicate with the ICONPET! Thanks Bissell!
