We owned multiple Dysons for several years and had to replace one after the other so often we thought we'd try another brand in 2019. That was our first Bissell and it is the one we like the Best. We have replaced a few parts over the years and customer service is a dream. It was so easy. We recently purchased another Bissell (the same model as first one) just so we always have a battery available. When one goes to sleep we pick up the other and we can finish our whole house and staircase. We will stick witch Bissell for sure.

It picks up everything including edges of baseboards, etc. the battery doesn't last as long as I'd hoped but what do you expect with a cordless. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend! 10/10

loved the suction power but wouldnt purchase again

I hate everything about how the dust cup works (compared to my Dyson) that I cant recommend it. I'm currently having issues with the forward propulsion even though the brush is still turning and vacuum sucking. In all fairness I haven't trouble shot the problem yet so I'm leaving that issue out of my rating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not pick up ANYTHING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst purchase I have made to date and I'm extremely angry by it. I just missed the return window which is ultimately my fault however I tried to find a way to make this thing work. It's lightweight. It's quiet. It does nothing. Even on the highest setting it doesn't pick up the smallest amount of pet hair on our hard floors. I also tried this on two different rugs and also nothing. I also tried to use it in the hand vacuum mode and went over a fur spot and it didn't even move it around. We don't have a lot of pet fur on things because I primarily use my dyson to keep up with it but I wanted a cheaper cordless stick vacuum for through out the day and my daughters room. It does not pick up anything it's such a waste of money. Do not bother with this product. My grandma also bought one as she lives alone and it's light weight. She has the same issues so I know I didn't just get a lemon. This is a bad product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Addition to My Cleaning Routine!

It's a great addition to my line up of tasks for cleaning my 2 bedroom apartment, and easily goes from carpet to hardwood! I have a ton of thick, curly hair and this effortlessly cleans it from bathroom floors without jamming!

Amazing with pet hair

I have 2 big fluffy cats and an upscale canister vacuum that is great on hardwood but the brush head tangled almost instantly when it met my carpet. The IconPet has yet to have a tangle on the brush roll, even when faced with some seriously gnarly springtime shedding situations! The suction is adequate - I don't expect it to be as strong or good at filtering as my big corded canister vac, and it might not be enough as a solo vacuum if you're someone with bad allergies, but for most folks looking at dealing with a lot of fluff this would be a fine standalone vac.

Cordless vacs have come a long way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Headlights on attachments... This was new for me and changed cleaning in such an unexpected way! Honestly it's my favorite feature of my New Bissell ICONPET TURBO Cordless Stick Vacuum. Each piece has headlights that make cleaning your crevices, upholstery and hard to reach areas so much easier. I hadn't even realized this was a feature I needed in my life but, it most certainly is now! We have hard floor surfaces in our home with area rugs. I dislike full carpeted rooms and annoying cords. This vacuum services all surfaces in our home with such ease. She's sleek and fairly light considering it is cordless! Running time differs on speed you choose but it's perfect for daily use in our 1100 soft home and charges quickly if I'm unable to do a deep clean or get everything. We have 5 cats so I clean daily, sometimes vacuuming twice or more, lol we also live on the beach. Between beach sand and cat litter this machine is really holding up! I love how fast and near effortless cleaning up pet hair and general mess is! Works so well on our couches and cat castles for hair. The brush system is self cleaning, which is the only kind of vacuum I would ever have. It's a bit loud but nothing too bothersome. Tools are super fast to swap out and can be mounted on wall hanger so everything is neat and accessible in one cute spot. The cup is a bit tricky to empty at first, I do wish it was a type of one button release but at least I have headlights on the attachments, so cleaning the cup gets easier as you use it more! This really checks all the boxes for me!

Lightweight and cordless

I wish battery lasted longer but luckily my space is small so it works. I think is a little overpriced but I'm happy I have it. I also love that each purchase helps pets!
