This machine is a good weight for me to handle and has operated stellar so far. Mind you this is not my main vacuum, it is used for quick clean up and everyday fur ball maintenance. As usual Bissell has another good and convenient product, well done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum cleaner! I've been using a Dyson stick vacuum for the past 10 years but it finally was loosing its charge. I was not going to invest $500-$600 into another of their products. I took a gamble and went with Bessel and I'm so glad I did. The suction is so much greater than my old product. It's also a lot easier to clean.

Stopped Working after 2 months of Ownership

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how sleek this product is & the light up front for thorough cleaning. I purchased this vacuum on 11/30/22 after tons of research. It is now 1/31/22 and it has stopped working. Despite the pros of this vacuum I would NOT recommend. Battery does not last long enough to vacuum a 2700 SF home & now I have the "no power" blinking lights. I have followed Bissell's guides for this particular product & it seems as though the vacuum itself does not work. Save your money & buy a better product. I have reached out to Bissell directly & hoping for a resolution or refund.

Would not purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned the vacuum for one year, enjoyed it at first but now wish I would have purchased something different. I live in a small 900 square foot home with all laminate flooring, and can't make it through the house on one vacuum, as it dies after 15 minutes. On top of that, it takes a significant amount of time to charge. Wouldn't recommend purchasing.
