It's hard to fathom how long this mug keeps drinks, both hot or cold, from gaining or losing heat. I have several sizes of mugs and love them all. The three 40 oz mugs I have seal completely. The 20 and 30 oz mugs that are made to seal, never lose a drop. I also have a travel pouch that is perfect for holding 40 oz mugs on a hike or just walking around. It will also hold all sizes of mugs. I highly recommend Stanley mugs for any purpose, including carrying coffee to work. Stanley's statement that they hold both hot and cold drinks for long periods of time are completely accurate. Stanley products are both durable and reliable. I've tried others, but only Stanley is worth the money.

I bought my personalized Stanley IceFlow back in February and absolutely loved it. However, as of this week, the water no longer stays cold after 2-3 hours. I mean, ice is completely melted and water is room temperature. This was my first and last Stanley.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my cups. But I love the flip top 40 oz ones. They are easier to carry for my hands. Why do t you have them in the cute Mother’s Day or trending colors. I would buy one of each.
