Firstly, it came packaged well from the outside so it was confusing to see there was a chip on the lid and the tumbler in the container was very dusty. I’d imagine if it was always stored away wrapped in a box, it would’ve at least been clean. Secondly, this is my first tumbler and I took a chance on it because of the sale but it definitely does not keep things cool. It sweats and gets to room temperature in no time. I highly regret this buy but I guess it’s what you get from a sale
