I had trouble getting it tight enough closed at first and my water spilled out several times. I also need a side handle which is my fault. My arthritis is not able to support drinking from it easily.

Great product! The tumbler has held my ice water cold for up to 48 hours, and even ice cold after a 2 hour stay in the car. Only issue is the straw, after 1 day of use, I noticed a bit of a disconnect between suction, it was more air flow than water flow. I’ve had to adjust the straw multiple times to keep the water flowing. A very, hopefully easy fix, but it would be nice not have that issue.
