DID NOT WORK FOR US

I ordered this insert relying on the measurements given on the website, and found that the measurements for the rough opening were inaccurate. I had more than enough room for the insert to fit if the drawings for the opening were correct. I had to return it. Response was quick, but had to include photos and measurements of my fireplace, their drawings/measurements on their website and a picture of the box for return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
