Blue tooth drops after 5 feet

I bought two of the Rangers. One works great, one drops connections when you are more than 5 feet away. I sent an email to turtlebox, no response. I tried to call and no response.

I bought four of the Rangers for clients and used them for a 2-day golf tournament. We did party mode and they were blown away! Turtlebox is best in the business. Period!

I carry this speaker everywhere and do not have to worry about if it can handle it. Everyone knows a Turtlebox can. I have one of the first original speakers and it’s still going strong with no problems. The ranger has been the same
