Sounds is unreal, magnet is crazy strong, but I can’t seem to get it to sync with my other devices. Yes, I’ve worn out Google and YouTube trying to trouble shoot too...

I need to submit a return request. The speaker cannot be turned up to listen to a song without it sound like it is busted. I don’t like the fact that I have a Gen 2 speaker and the Ranger doesn’t pair/sync to it. I need to exchange for a working Ranger please. I do love the handle and magnets.

Warranty issues within two weeks

I would really like to buy another turtle box the bigger one but the one that I bought was the smallest and it didn’t last for two weeks. I have a charity event next Friday and would love to have the speaker that I purchased on April 16 to accompany me and all my teammates for the multiple sclerosis charity ride here in Texas. If you’re reading this prior to next Friday, I would greatly appreciate it if you could expedite getting the return speaker that I sent back to me before Friday of next week.
