Very easy to work with. Fast process from start to finish. Filed a warranty claim and within 8 hours or less it was confirmed with instructions on how to move forward. Once we sent the old TurtleBox off, we had a new one in less than a week. Very impressed & satisfied!!

This is a good speaker but I am a little unsatisfied with the sound quality. I think the speaker is built more for volume than quality sound
