Love this speaker, plan to use and abuse it

I got this speaker because of the all the waterproof marketing and I work on the water as a Fisheries Biologist for the State of Florida. This speaker has already made several long and hard days on the water much more enjoyable. I hope it can stand up to the abuse we scientists put our gear through.

Love the speaker, but the sound gets distorted at full volume and it almost sounds like the speaker is blown. I guess I’ll have to keep the volume lower.

My husband was so excited to get his TurtleBox Ranger. We’ve been wanting a portable speaker for a few years now but couldn’t find any that the quality matched the price. After seeing the Ranger at a friend’s party we were hooked. It checked all the boxes we were looking for. Small enough to carry around, GREAT sound, volume level is intense, and the durability is amazing. Highly recommend it.

I’ve dropped it, dunked in the pool, stuck it to my golf cart and mule for my ride along speakers. Perfect on the go size with great sound
