6 quart slow cooker with folding handles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love slow cookers. It's the easiest way to cook and makes whatever cut of meat you're cooking the most tender you've ever had. Soups, Stews, Roasts and pretty much anything else you can think of. If you're in doubt just search online for a recipe of whatever it is you want to cook and add the words "slow cooker" . You will find several different recipes to choose from. Then comes the most simple foolproof way to cook ever invented. 1 knob with 3 heat settings. Choose whichever one the recipe recommends and let it cook. Most recipes call for "low" setting for 6-8 hours so you just turn it on and go about your day. It doesn't get any simpler than that.
I've used this slow cooker 3 times so far and everything turned out perfect. The folding handles are a nice feature. This 6 quart slow cooker is the perfect size for 4-6 people

Sunday Dinner Rescued: This Slow Cooker Delivered!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker has quickly become my go-to for Sunday dinners. It looks great and is easy to use, with three simple temperature settings: warm, low, and high. You get exactly what you need, without any extra fuss.
For my first Sunday dinner test, I decided to make a roast. I got up in the morning, added all my ingredients, set it on low, and headed out for the day. I really like the folding handles, since they make it easy to store in my cabinet without taking up too much space. The 6-quart capacity is just right. It's big enough to cook a whole chicken or a large roast for the family.
When I returned home, the aroma of the roast filled the entire house. The meat was incredibly tender, and I was impressed by how well the slow cooker infused all the flavors together. The result was absolutely delicious!
I'm already excited to experiment with more recipes. This slow cooker has definitely earned its place in my kitchen.

Perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s the perfect size for my family and great when I have guest over. I don’t have to worry about the food getting burned. Now when I’m busy cleaning or doing other task I don’t have to worry about contacting checking my food.
I wish it had a timer, when the timer went off so would the cooker close.

Perfect cooking every time!

I was at first hesitant with the fold down handles because when carrying the crock pot, I was afraid they were not sturdy. My fears were put to rest after using the crock pot a few times. The handles were sturdy and held up. The crock pot cooked even and was so much better cooking than my old one.

Convenient cooker with easy storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this new slow cooker and how convenient it is. It features new fold away handles that make storage issues a thing of the past. The handles fold down so the unit fits in my cabinet easily and then fold out into place for ease of movement when in use. The slow cooker is large enough to hold a large whole chicken, a roast with veggies, or a large pot of soup, stew, or chili to feed a family. The simple temperature dial on the front features three heat settings and the durable stoneware crock and glass lid are dishwasher safe, making my clean up a breeze. I appreciate the convenience this slow cooker offers and how it helps me prepare nutritious meals for my family. Highly recommend!

The crock is easy to clean with warm soapy water. With the clear glass lid, you're able to watch your food cooking. Fits easily on your counter top and looks great too.

Good crock pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hamilton Beach 6 qt crock pot. Like the oval shape with lockable handles to go on the lid. It has high and low, plus a warmer. I find it heats up well. The high is better than other crock pots i have had. The warmer was good for waiting on time. It has a clear glass lid with a black handle. The base is a nice black with the button on the long edge. I had to bring the crock on the car, loved the locking lid.
