Smokeless ?

I live in an apartment, and missed grilling, so I searched for a smokeless indoor grill. After reading many stellar reviews on the HB Searing Indoor Grill, I purchased it right away. I was so excited. Unfortunately - I'm terribly disappointed. It prepares food just fine - quite well. But smokeless? No - it is not. I'll attempt to attach a video I took...Nuts! It doesn't accept videos - and I understand why. Anyways - think seriously about advertising this as a "smokeless" grill. It is not !

This is our 2nd Hamilton Beach small electric grill. We love it. This one has no glass window, so we can wash the lid, grill and catch pan on our dishwasher.

Drip Tray for grill

I absolutely LOVE the grill itself…, BUT-the drip tray warped the 1st time I washed it (on the top rack, low heat)! Now I keep trying to order a replacement but the website states “not in stock”. Then, I try to order & place on back order but the system locks. HELP! I just want to begging using my grill again!

Sleek, Simple & Efficient

This is the first time I’ve tried a brand other than “George Foreman”. After many years of quality products, my last Foreman had issues with grease getting in the enclosed electronic compartment.
After seeing other reviews on the Hamilton beach product, I decided it was worth a shot.
I have been very happy with the functionality of the unit. It is also very easy to disassemble the three main parts and clean it up each use.

Love my new 25360G grill ! Problem is the plastic drip tray Is NOT dishwasher safe at all even though I set the dishwasher as described in your owner’s manual? First time I used it and put the drip tray in dishwasher it WARPED so as to not fit into the slide main body now I cannot use my grill HELP!

Grill is amazing but the drip tray says dishwasher safe. It warped in the dishwasher. Now I am trying to buy a replacement and the website stops working at payment.
