This is the 3rd MB I have now owned from Asus and they remain top notch. The Prime series of boards have met and exceeded all of my needs. The one time there was a hic up, Asus RMA and fixed it quickly and perfectly. I would highly recommend there boards and the Prime lineup.

Z790-A Motherboard is clean looking and options fit what i wanted.
CONS: The DDR5 issue with 12th Gen Intel CPU is still alive so be aware anything over 4800 native will give issues with XMP active.

I226-V Ethernet controller driver is so out of date you'll have issues right out the box. And if you decide to RMA or swap motherboards yoyl.most likely get one new with the same issue my z690-P board was wayyyy better

Great motherboard and my first from Asus. I like all the slots for Mvne drive coming with cooling capability. I appreciate the button to unmount cards on the PCIE slots. I did not pay attention when ordering this MB but I wish I had a tossink for digital audio that my MSI motherboard had in the past.
