I like because it has the option to brew your own with different settings that similar machines dont have and the others are over priced

Had to purchase the new model of coffee maker as reusable grounds basket for my original one became unavailable after being told for A FULL YEAR to check back in 4 weeks. FINALLY they said " SORRY THIS ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE " so I bought this one, had it a week, wanted to have a couple extra grounds baskets on hand....guess what I was told...NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE CHECK BACK IN 8......REALLY....8 WEEKS...totally do not recommend buying anything from this company

Great Keurig Alternative

Our Keurig died after about 15 years & we needed a new k-cup brewer. After reading many bad reviews about the latest Keurig models, we decided to try out Hamilton Beach & glad we did.
This model is a solid build & works very well.
The only thing that takes getting used to is the smaller water reservoir. It holds approx. 3 travel mugs or 4 regular cups before needing a refill.

Great single serve coffee

So far we are really enjoying this coffee maker. We like that you have 4 sizes of coffee to choose from and you can do coffee pods and grounds. Iced and hot coffee. All in 1.
