I love this pan It replaces a very old one I have had over 15 years. I love being able to make pasta and not have to pour into a colander first. Perfect size if you make a full load of pasta. I also make my veggie soup with it as well. Easy to clean. A tad heavy if you have bad fingers like my husband but great otherwise

12 quart stock pot is just the right size, not too big but easily handled when making soups or broth etc. and it affords the ability to add more if you need to, those times you under estimate ingredients you’re adding running out of room or too full.
First time to use it was Thanksgiving to heat a huge pot of potatoes to make mashed potatoes. I have a new convection cooktop, and everything heated up quickly. Pot worked well and it will get lots of use from me! I love All-Clad and have been using their products for many years!
We have several other D3 pots and pans that we love, but the first time we've tried using the 12 qt it did not even get warm. We did the magnet test after, and while it will stick to the sides it absolutely will not sick to the bottom. Now we have a very expensive stock pot that we cannot use
