Speakers suck compare to the S21 Ultra. It overheats on video calls. Battery does not last as long as the S21 Ultra. Would not recommend.

I have been an apple person since the iPhone 4. This was a huge decision for me. What stole my heart was the camera. I love most everything about this phone. Not big on Microsoft but I was tired of the big iPhone getting so heavy so I decided to switch. So far I do not regret it at all. I love that there are things u can do on it that u can't on iPhone. That's the android part. But over all I am in love with the phone. It's a pretty big difference but I am very happy. The pic below I took on this phone. CANT DO THAT WITH AN APPLE. I have tried android before but was using the lower end phones, I would hate it so I would go back. Get u a hig end phone and u won't go back. Even got my best friend to switch to the ultra 22, we are huge camera people.
"Upgraded" to S22 Ultra 3 months ago after enjoying Samsung platform for many years. Absolutely loved my S10 and I should have just stayed there. Have had nothing but issues with this phone. It locks up constantly while on internet and it doesn't seem to have as good of an antenna as the S10. I have a ranch that is offgrid and with S10 had no issues getting internet... But S22 Ultra is all over the place. Not sure if it's because it's a 5G phone and there is no 5G around ranch and it is having to go to 4G? Doesn't make since at all. Only reason I gave 2 stars is the camera, thats it. Save your money!

Bought this phone on August, not because I wanted it but becase my phone got stolen. I had a note 10+ and i was happy with it. If you have a note 10+ or s10+ or above... Save your money, they just did a few upgrades that are not worth paying the money. Save your money. The phone feel a little heavy on the hand. It does heats up. The camera is probably a little better but not much of a diferent (this is if you take regular pics like me). This phone is like having the galaxy s21 but w/out the plastic arround the back cameras. It is dum that Samsung wants to upgrade the phone and the only difference is a few aspects, they change the pen to the left (annoying) and the power and volume buttons to right (blah). I wish LG would have put more RAM and memory to their phones, wouldn't mind paying more, because i kind of like their LG Velvet and what to say about the LG Wing...
Just Wow! Then again I replaced a much older phone

The Good: Don't know where to start. The screen, the pen, the quality and loudness of sound, the battery life. the response. The Bad: My house is marginal for cell signal and absolutely no improvement with this phone over my seven year old previous phone. So lots of dropped calls at home. The "automatic switching" to WiFi doesn't seem to work properly - it did at the start but fumbling around with a tech support person with various resets of networks seemed to have caused it to stop - even though the options are clearly chosen correctly. Be prepared to spend a lot of time going through the countless options to get the phone working as you wish. I am a minimalist, my idea of wallpaper is a black screen. Lots of apps that I probably would like to remove, features that I am unsure about - there is a limit to how much time one devotes to this task. Recommendations? I don't know if I am the only one who thinks this, but I have a black phone and old eyes. Spotting and feeling the two switches on the camera body and the switch on the S-pen are near impossible. If I have a black phone, how difficult would it be to make the buttons gray, or a colorful burgundy. Does everyone else really find it easy to use the small black button on the skinny black S-pen? I have the 1TB version, very expensive, but I am very happy with the purchase.
I am on my 3rd week with this phone, I bought it because of the highly rated camera With an incredible zoom of 100x. The good thing about it is, on macro shots clarity is great, However when zooming in The camera will not focus in automatic mode or manual. I have added pictures (automatic focus) of 20, 50 and 100x zoom. The object was 80' away from me the phone was on a secure tripod. I am extremely disappointed in this camera for the value of the phone. In my opinionThe Galaxy S20 takes the best pictures by far.

I just received my Ultra phone and I can not use my phone. There is no travel adapter that come with the phone and it is a different cable from my old Samsung phone. How am I suppose to use it without battery? Now, I have to order the adapter before I can use it - UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Hello, We appreciate you taking the time to review the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Continuing what we started with the Samsung Galaxy S21 series, earphones and a charger plug are no longer included in the box because Samsung wants to minimize the impact our products have on the environment. Samsung believes the removal of earphones and charger plugs from our in-box device packaging can help address the growing e-waste problem and unnecessary duplication of these items. Existing Galaxy users are encouraged to continue using their current earphones and charging plug, while new users will need to purchase this separately. I’ve attached a link below that has a few chargers you could choose from. If you need any assistance, please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support.
