2 weeks after receiving the Tune 225TWS ear buds from my son as a Christmas present. The right ear bud will not work are they listed in any update apos by JBL… after same type issues with 2 previous pairs of Endurance ear buds. No more JBL headphones ir ear buds for us. Get replacements from JBL and the new ones do the same or worse… so much for a brand I had trusted my whole life.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our JBL Tune 225TWS did not meet your expectations. If the right earbud isn't charging, please check if its connected with the contact pins of the charging case to ensure that it is charging. Also, try to clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case. You may try to reset your earbuds by placing both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores the factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for the reset to work.). Our units only come with a one-year limited warranty, if the speaker is beyond that, please reach out to us so we can check your other options.
Case and earbuds do not turn on or charge. Cannot figure out how to fix

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our JBL Tune 225TWS did not meet your expectations. As with all in-ear headphones, our range of TWS headphones can be susceptible to a build-up of dust and earwax. This can cause low volume on one or both earbuds, or balance issues (e.g. right earbud is louder than the left earbud). To reduce the likelihood of these issues occurring, you may periodically clean the earbuds. Using a pointed toothpick to remove larger amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. You could also check your phone if it has balance settings, please check if the balance is on 0 or in the middle. My wife bought me a pair for Christmas. And the rubber on the ear piece has already started coming loose, and it dig's into my ear and causing it to be sore. This first happened to the left earbud so I only use one now. Also because the left earbud has half the sound of the right earbud. I was very excited to receive these earbuds. I thought that since they were from a good brand, that they would be awesome. But unfortunately they are pretty terrible. JBL, you might try using stronger glue around the edges of the rubber so it stays attached to the plastic. I had really high hopes for this product. I've only had cheaper type earbuds up to this point and unfortunately it looks like I will continue to buy cheaper brands because of this. My wife paid more thinking they would be better, but that was certainly not the case. They did sound good for a few days as a pair. The right earbud has great sound, but it hurts to much to wear them anymore.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Our JBL Tune 225TWS has no different sizes of ear-tips since this isn't an in-ear earphone. We're always looking for ways to improve so we'll make sure to submit your feedback to our development team. If you've had this product for less than 30 days and was purchased directly from our website. You can always return it and get a full refund. Didn't last 6 months before the rubber pealed off. Didn't last 1 year before the left bud started having connection and charge issues.

We're sorry to hear that the right earbud of your JBL Tune 225TWS stopped working. It is not uncommon to have charging problems with True Wireless headphones. You may encounter that charging stops, does not start at all or that one of the earbuds suddenly switches on and begins the pairing process. This is almost always caused by dirt on the metal charging contacts. These contacts are vulnerable because they can easily be contaminated by sweat, skin grease, or ear wax. They are usually gold plated, but gold plating does not prevent surface dirt. If you have charging problems, the first step is to always clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case. You will need a cotton cloth or makeup swabs, cotton swabs, and rubbing alcohol. Also a pencil with an eraser for further cleaning. If you need more help, please contact our customer support. https://bit.ly/2WocMfi
