These wireless earbuds are WAY too loud, even on the lowest setting. The design seems pretty good, but their volume makes it too uncomfortable to wear.

If you're using Google Assistant or Siri, you can give them a voice command to lower the volume to 30%. If you're not using these applications and you've set the volume on the source device (smartphones, tablets, etc.) to the lowest level and still find the audio too loud, please contact our customer support for us to do some troubleshooting on the headphones. https://bit.ly/2WocMfi
I bought this product about a month and a half ago and the left earbud's volume is very low

I enjoy using these headphones for listening to podcasts while I work or listening to music while I exercise. It works well for this. But I've found the quality is horrible for phone calls. The connectivity with my phone seems to be hit or miss at times and the sound cuts out or is delayed.
