Not a fan of the lid. What were you thinking having an open lid for a hot coffee? You need to change this type of doesn’t make sense lid.

I bought this for myself just to try it cause I didn’t know Stanley has this type of item ,and I’m more than satisfied I take it to work every morning and my coffee stays hot as if it was made right at that moment, my coworkers call it the cutest coffee mug and I agree cause it’s really cute.

The color, weight and look was good. I don’t understand the point of a mug to keep your beverage hot that doesnt utilize a closing lid. This literally had an opening at the mouthpiece with no way to close. Opposite of what I needed. Maybe that’s on me for not shopping with more scrutiny

Permanent open spout lid design 👎🏻

I wish I would’ve paid better attention to the details of this mug before buying it as a gift. Why would you make a travel mug with a lid that has a spout opening that is always open and doesn’t have a way to be closed? Whose idea was this? I guess for hands free use but you risk spills, and for hot coffee???
