Doesn't stay hot for the length of time they advertise

Looks great, sturdy, but I do not agree with the time they say it will keep contents hot. I've already used it so I can't return it but I am returning the one that is unopened and a gift. Agree that it needs a lid that closes all the way. Disappointed

I bought this to finally have a specific mug for my car for hot beverages & it doesn't fit in the cup holder. I haven't used it yet because I can't just take it with me like I thought. So I'm very bum & don't know what to do with it.

Fix the Lid

It’s just ok. Needs a much better lid that closes to prevent spills or leaks. Other than the lid failure situation, the cup works perfectly. The lid allows your hot beverage to cool more quickly. Please create a better lid, sooner rather than later.
