Looks Great, But Practical Issues

I ordered The Stay-Hot Camp Mug in three different colors. The mugs are much bigger than I expected, so keep that in mind when ordering. That said, the colors are beautiful and the overall quality feels solid and well-made.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue for me is the heat retention. The mug is advertised to keep drinks hot for up to 2.5 hours, but in my experience, it barely keeps coffee warm for more than an hour.
Another concern is the plastic lid. It is not splash-proof at all, and you have to be extremely careful when drinking from it. On my very first sip, hot coffee spilled onto me, which was uncomfortable and could have been dangerous. I don’t feel confident using this mug on the go because of that.
Overall, the mug looks great and feels durable, but the heat retention and lid design were disappointing.

Beautiful cup but not leakproof!

The mocha cup is beautiful and keeps my drink warm for many hours!! However, it does not fit in cup holder, and it is NOT leakproof, so I spilled tea in my car. Other than that it works very well and delivery was super fast!
